Crisis Communications
A national not-for-profit organization required extensive communications support and training when serious allegations were made to the press by a disgruntled former employee. Once engaged, we were able to difuse the situation successfully and protect the repuation of the organization.

Issues Management Training
A regional trade association requested a series of trainings for each of their chapter representatives. We successfully coached the group on issues development and messaging strategies as well as on Community Relations management.
